My trip to India for the summer was planned and executed with the realization that a lot would change when I get back. I will return to a new home. Frankly I am slightly worried that my dear roomies will neglect to inform me the change in address and I will be stranded at the airport akin to the movie The Terminal
Getting back to farewells, Manoush will no longer be my roomie, and I will miss our late night chats sitting on the steps outside our apartment. We are yet to figure out why we end up philosophizing at 2:00 am whether at home or at Wal-Mart. Nithya will be celebrating the last stages of her bachelorett days and soon will be starting a new life with Navin. I can’t emphasize enough the happiness I wish for her, one she richly deserves for being such an amazing person. Aruna is poised to flee too, but I hope she sustains the year before succumbing to the grips of matrimony. I don’t want to lose all my roommates at one go! And last but not the least, David may be sailing the shores of a land far away and even though I should be wishing him bon voyage, I cant help experiencing a selfish desire to keep him in Phoenix, at least till the end of this year. All said and done I hope that he is happy and successful wherever he resides.
At a personal front it will be a time for me to step out from the safe cocoon of my student life and carve a niche for myself in the frightening world of “officedom”. A time to take stock and establish my course of action with possible long term consequences. The task seems daunting almost overwhelming yet maybe; just maybe the answer is really very simple.
To everything - turn, turn, turn
There is a season - turn, turn, turn
And a time for every purpose under heaven
-The Byrds, adapted from the book of ecclesiastes

A time to gain, a time to lose
A time to rend, a time to sew
A time to build up,a time to break down
A time to dance, a time to mourn...
(sigh..) Can I help it if it all seems to be happening at the same time and confusing the heck outta me?
P.S- Try errolowl.blogspot.com. :-)
A time to blog, a time to browse
A time to crib, a time to crab
A time to wed, a time to move
A time to sleep, a time to sleep
Oh you poor confused soul! through confusion comes analysis and through analysis comes solutions. Could I be more generic :-)
A time to sleep, a time to sleep
